I would give 0 stars if i could. Pair of boots that i order were expensive $264. VC sent wrong shoes completely different style. Contacted customer service after 30 min on hold finally I was able to speak with Laneesa Mcdonald. She ask me to take the pictures of the shoes and email to her. She told me she will process return by the end of the day (she inform me that refund will take up to 30 days) WHAT?. End of the day still noting. So i start return process on their website to return boots to DSW store. I didn't want to keep such a expensive pair of boots that i didn't like. Around 9 pm she emails me again asking for more pictures or she will not be able to process refund or exchange, by that time I already took the shoes back to DSW for store refund and re order a new pair. Also she was going to charge me $35 for shipping and $8 for return (who does that!) I'm hoping that DSW will send me correct pair of boots. VC shame of you you just lost another customer. I will never order from you again and i will tell everyone not order from you ether.

I recently purchased the Bevvisa Wedge Bootie in Tortilla. I typically wear an 8.5 in boots but I only had the option of an 8. They fit great! My feet are extremely narrow and I could tell the bootie would be too. If you have wide feet, these will not be comfortable for you. I wore them for the first time for several hours shopping. They never once hurt my feet. The color is versatile and these booties will be cute with lots of different things. The Vince Camuto website was easy to navigate, the order process was painless, and the booties came quickly.

I purchased two pairs of booties, one of them has a crooked sole and the other is too narrow. I looked for a return shipping label in the box, nothing. You have to print it oine and PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING COST YOURSELF on top of a "return fee"? Like what? Now I'm just going to bite it and be stuck with these shoes. Do not buy from this site, buy from Dillard's or Nordstrom, they have a great return policy.

I purchased a pair of heels and after only about 5-6 wearings, the heel broke (not came off the shoe - the heel literally broke). I contacted Vince Camuto and they refuse to replace them or deal with it at all. They say customers have to deal with the retailer where it was purchased, and then set out how they feel the retailer should deal with it. Needless to say, the retailer did not deal with it, and ultimately Vince Camuto does not stand behind its products.

Brought boots 2 days later told no stock.... had to wait for my bank to refund me as they didn’t action releasing the funds very poor service.

I purchased two pair of shoes for my girlfriend and had to return for a smaller size, I printed out a return label and opted for store credit but realized the shoes might be out of stock by the time I got the store credit so I ordered the second two pair in a smaller size on my card again. I called customer service and asked if the first two pair that I returned could go back to my card instead of store credit, she put me on hold for two minutes and saw my return tracking was due that day and promptly refunded my original purchase to my card and didn't charge me the return fee. Great customer service

Even if you're making a very simple, local return, they'll charge you $8 for a refund. If you don't want to get gouged, you have to settle for store credit.

I've never encountered a policy like this with other vendors, including international stores for whom returns are legitimately expensive.

This is just greedy and anti-customer. Pure and simple. Shop elsewhere!

I saw a VC jacket on Macy's website. Wasn't sure of my size and they were out of both sizes I wanted to try. Was able to order them both directly from VC website, for $60 more than Macy's. 3 weeks later still no delivery on the jackets. I emailed customer service that I had the tracking info, though shipping updates had stopped 6 days prior. I asked them to request a trace on the package. They wrote back with zero niceties, just gave me the tracking number, which I told them I already have. I tried two more times with CS. The last person said I chose Surepost with UPS so that I could get free shipping and it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery. That was a complete lie. I only chose free shipping, there was no mention of Surepost or 6-8 weeks. I would not have made the order. I order from Macy's, Nordstrom, Lands End, etc. Everyone offers free shipping for orders over $100 (sometimes less). And, normal delivery is in 3-5 business days tops. Once I do get these jackets, I have a feeling I will struggle for my refund on the one that doesn't work out, now that I read other reviewers struggles with this company.

I purchased a pair of boots from the Vince Camuto website, but they were too big, so I needed to exchange/return them. Vince Camuto does not offer return shipping labels. You know, the labels every other merchant offers, and then they deduct about $12.95 (for the size of a boot box) from the refund. I had to pay $35.00 to ship the boots back to VC. I don't expect free shipping for returns (though, many merchants offer this), but to not offer return shipping at a reasonable cost is unheard of these days. I will never order from Vince Camuto again.

I'm honestly a huge perfume horde and Vince Camuto has some great ones. I love their subtlety (who wants to stand next to a person trailing a cloud of overpowering scent?!) and their staying power (you can still faintly smell it at the end of an 8 hour work day)!
